Short answers to the questions people ask most. If yours is not here, e-mail Fuuqiu@gmail.com.

How do I write a good prompt?

Name one subject, one action and, if it matters, a setting: “a corgi waving with both paws on a yellow background”. For memes add “caption:” and up to a few words. Shorter prompts with a clear motion loop better than long scene descriptions.

Which style and quality should I pick?

Style decides the look: Sticker (centered subject, clean outline), Meme (big reaction, optional caption), Banner (horizontal layout in a square frame), Loop (seamless ambient motion). Quality decides frames and detail (every tier is 816 × 816): Quick has 6 frames and is what free loops use; Standard (12 frames) costs 1 credit and HD (12 frames, highest detail) costs 3 credits.

Where are my GIFs?

Signed in: in your library at /app. Without an account: linked to this browser through a cookie, and moved into your library when you sign up. Free loops are kept for 7 days; loops made with credits are kept until you delete them.

How do I share a GIF?

Press Copy link on a finished GIF. Anyone with the link can view and download it, and chat apps show a preview card. Free loops show a small huatua.com label on the share page; the downloaded file never has one.

A generation failed — what now?

Nothing to do: the credit or free loop is returned automatically and the run is marked Refunded. If a prompt is refused by moderation, rephrase it without real people or explicit content and try again.
