What we collect

Prompts and reference images you submit, and the GIFs generated from them. We store them so you can download, share and re-open your loops.

Sticker packs: a character description, or a photo you upload to make your character (a stylised character sheet), the stickers generated from it, and the time you ticked the photo declaration. Your browser shrinks the photo to at most 1024 px and re-encodes it before upload, which removes EXIF data such as GPS location; our server strips any remaining metadata segments before storing it.

If you create an account: your e-mail address, a handle, and your credit balance and ledger (purchases, refunds and the credits each generation used).

Without an account: a random first-party cookie (ht_anon) that links your free loops to this browser for up to a year. To stop abuse of the free allowance we also count requests per IP-address prefix and per a one-way hash of basic browser properties; these counters live in short-lived storage and are not linked to your identity.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status and the pack you bought, never your full card number.

How it is used

To make your GIFs: prompts and reference images are sent to OpenAI's image API, which generates the animation, and are checked against OpenAI's moderation service first. OpenAI processes them under its own API data policy.

To run the service: preventing abuse of the free allowance, refunding credits for failed generations, answering support requests.

Product analytics: we use a self-hosted Umami instance (stats.topxup.com) that counts page views and a few named events without cookies and without storing your IP address.

Photos you upload (sticker packs)

Only upload a photo of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission. Do not upload photos of public figures or of anyone under 18. You confirm this with a checkbox before every photo upload, and we record when you did.

Your original photo is deleted within 24 hours: as soon as you confirm your character, when making the character fails, or when you delete it — and in any case 24 hours after upload, even if you never come back (a scheduled deletion, a periodic sweep and a storage expiry rule all enforce this).

Our image provider processes your photo to create the character: the photo and the character sheet made from it are sent through our image relay (sub.zzshu.cc) to OpenAI's image API. They are used only to generate your character and stickers. Your photo is not used to train AI models: we don't use it for training, and OpenAI does not train on data sent through its API by default.

The character sheet (a drawing, not your photo) is kept with your account or browser so you can make more packs. You can delete a character in My characters, which deletes the character, all of its packs and every sticker made from it, right away.

To report a sticker or a share page that shows you or someone else without permission, use the Report link on the share page or e-mail Fuuqiu@gmail.com. We review reports within 24 hours and take share pages down while we look.

Who processes your data

OpenAI (image generation and moderation) — reached through our image relay sub.zzshu.cc, which forwards prompts, reference images, sticker photos and character sheets to OpenAI and returns the result.

Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage, bot protection), Stripe (payments), our self-hosted Umami (analytics, no cookies) and our self-hosted Chatwoot (live chat, only if you use it).

Live chat

Live chat runs on a self-hosted Chatwoot instance at chat.tghubs.org, operated by us. It only loads on this site's production domain. When you use it, it processes a session identifier, your browser and the page you are on; the messages and contact details you send are used to answer you. Please do not send passwords or API keys. You can always e-mail us instead.

How long we keep it

Free loops are kept in your history for 7 days; loops made with credits stay until you delete them or your account. Share links stay public until you delete the loop. Account data is kept while the account exists. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Sticker packs: original photos are deleted within 24 hours (see above). Character sheets, packs and stickers stay until you delete the character or your account; the intermediate keyframe sheets are deleted 7 days after a sticker is ready. A pack's share page stays public until you turn sharing off or delete the character.

Your choices

You can delete a character — with all of its packs and stickers — in My characters, and turn any pack's share page off at any time.

You can delete any loop from your library, and delete your account from account settings, which removes your loops and personal data. For anything else — a copy of your data, a correction, or a question — e-mail Fuuqiu@gmail.com.
