Terms of service
These terms apply when you use huatua.com, operated by Fuuqiu (X @Fuuqius). By making a GIF or buying credits you agree to them.
The service
Huatua turns a text prompt, optionally with a reference image, into a short looping GIF using OpenAI image models. Results are generated by AI and can differ from what you expected; we do not guarantee any particular output.
Sticker packs turn a short description, or a photo you upload, into a stylised character and a pack of 16 short captioned stickers. Stickers are drawn, not photorealistic.
Free loops and credits
Anyone can make 3 GIFs without an account; a verified account receives 10 more, valid for 7 days. Free loops use the Quick tier. We may change or pause the free allowance, for example when it is abused.
Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months. A generation reserves its credits when it starts; if it fails or is refused, the credits are returned automatically. Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days — see the refund policy.
What you may not generate
No content that breaks OpenAI's usage policies or the law: sexual content involving minors, harassment, hate, realistic depictions of real people without their consent, or material that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark. Prompts may be checked automatically and refused. We may remove share pages and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Photos for sticker packs: upload only a photo of yourself or of someone who has given you permission. Never upload a photo of a public figure or of a minor (anyone under 18), and do not describe a celebrity or public figure as a character. Uploading someone else's photo without permission is not allowed. Descriptions may be checked against a list of public figures and refused; we delete characters, packs and share pages that break these rules and may suspend the account.
Importing stickers into WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage is up to you; follow each platform's content rules. To report a share page, use its Report link or e-mail Fuuqiu@gmail.com.
Your GIFs
As between you and us, you own the GIFs you generate and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, provided your prompt and reference image do not infringe anyone's rights. You give us the permission we need to store, process and display them to run the service — for example on a share page you create.
Limits
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Huatua is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page changes when we do. Questions: Fuuqiu@gmail.com.
