Refund policy
Huatua refunds any purchase in full within 7 days, no questions asked, as long as the credits were not used. Runs that fail are never charged: their credit goes back to your balance automatically.
Within 7 days
Write to us within 7 days of the purchase and we refund it to the original payment method. If some credits of the pack were already used, we refund the unused share.
Credits after a refund
A refund removes the refunded share of the pack's credits from your balance. If those credits were already spent, the balance can go below zero until a new purchase covers it.
Failed runs
Credits are reserved when a run starts and returned automatically if it fails or times out. You never need to ask for those back.
Disputes
If a payment is disputed with your bank, the pack's remaining credits are removed while the dispute is open. Contacting us first is faster for everyone.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from Account → Manage billing and stay active until the end of the paid period. A first payment can be refunded within 7 days on request.
